Puzzle Piece Counseling
Owner
Aristia Mosley, MS, LMFT
I’m a therapist and speaker who helps my clients understand themselves more deeply so they can heal, unlearn, and build healthier relationships.
My work is centered on helping people make sense of their emotions, patterns and relationships; especially when life feels overwhelming, unclear, or heavy.
Whether you’re trying to break generational patterns, improve communication, or figure out who you are outside of survival mode, therapy can be a space where things begin to make sense.
Much of the work we do together focuses on building emotional awareness, understanding how your experiences have shaped you, and learning how to respond to life in a way that feels more aligned.
From surviving to thriving
For many people survival mode becomes normal and they continue to show up, push through and try to hold everything together. Over time, that can feel exhausting.
My goal is to help you move beyond just getting through each day and into a place where you feel more grounded, more connected and more present in your life.
Not just surviving, but thriving in a way that feels real and sustainable for you.
My approach
Therapy with me is grounded, supportive, collaborative and focused on understanding without judgement.
You don’t have to have everything figure out to begin. You just have to be willing to show up.
